Here at Blue Heron, we offer locally grown trees for your landscaping and Christmas needs.

Our robust and charming nursery boasts aproximately four thousand trees in over thirty species. Whether you're looking for a hearty coniferous, like our Siberian spruce, or an ornamental flowering, like our purple sandcherry, we have the right tree for you.

All the trees we grow here at Blue Heron are prepared for the harsh Saskatchewan winter.

Blue Heron is owned and operated by Doug and his wife, who live on site and care for the trees with Tito, their helpful border collie.

You can find them in Saskatoon at the Saskatoon Farmer's Market, where they offer the city's most beautiful Christmas trees during the Christmas season. During the spring and summer, Doug sells trees and shrubs for landscaping at the Farmer's Market. Stop by, and Doug can help you with any trouble shooting or just chat about the trees.
